Working Principle
The electric marking machine adopts the way of electromagnetic energy instead of the pneumatic high frequency micro impact dot matrix printing, which saves the gas source in a revolutionary way, and greatly reduces the printing noise at work. There is no splash metal dust when printing, and the printing location is accurate and fast.
Application Range
It can be widely applied to automobile bodies, sheet metal parts, nameplates, etc., which need beautiful appearance, no need of gas source and low noise work. It is especially suitable for the fine marking of high-grade products such as aluminum, copper, electroplating and anodizing parts.
Instructions
First take out the controller, take out the machine, plug the power line, open the battery iron switch, open the controller, and start to print.
The column structure is extremely suitable for the desktop marking in the industrial environment. It is an ideal equipment for marking medium and small parts. From plastic to hardened steel (hardness up to 62Hrc), it works fast and is an efficient machine with both stability and precision. Ec9 uses electromagnetic coil to drive the marking needle to float up and down, and no individual gas source is needed when marking.
